Returns and Refunds Policy

TOUCAN TRANSFERS

Thank you for shopping at TOUCAN TRANSFERS. We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure the quality of every transfer we produce. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer products, we do not accept returns on items that have been used, pressed, or handled outside of the original packaging.

However, we do accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item was defective, damaged, or misprinted upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at dtf@toucantransfers.com with the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

If approved, you will be given instructions on how to return the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the product was sent as part of a promotion or discounted bundle, partial refunds may apply.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom printed transfers

  • Used or damaged items due to improper handling

  • Items returned after the 7-day window
