Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be ready the same day between 5:00–6:00 PM.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be ready the next business day between 5:00–6:00 PM.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, order weight, and shipping method selected.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within USA): 2–5 business days

    • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Methods

We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. You may choose your preferred shipping method during checkout if available.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

TOUCAN TRANSFERS is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied to your shipment. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
